Another question I'm asked a lot is regarding the length of stay at the Hippocrates Health Institute.

I've been asked by so many if they can come for 1 or 2 or even more than 3 weeks.

Yes, there is that flexibility and some stay longer while others come for a shorter time due to life's demands. 1 week is the minimum.

But there are very good reasons for the 3 weeks:

• You come to heal and do something wonderful for yourself. 3 weeks is a natural healing and cleansing cycle. Unless you can create the same experience at home right away, you will do much better completing the 3 weeks of healing at the Institute.
• 3 weeks is also the time it takes to create new habits. While you are being cared for and pampered, all your meals prepared, your juices made, etc...
